YOGA AND MEDITATION
Yoga and meditation are an integral part of my personal self care and healing journey. For me it is a way to cultivate a connection and relationship with myself, a moment to tune in and listen, feel and understand myself. The time spent and the lessons I learn on my mat only touch the surface of how yoga is incorporated into my life as a whole and with you I would love to share cultivating your own relationship with yourself too.
I teach vinyassa flow classes and yoga & meditation day retreats in Liverpool. I specialise in yoga for chronic fatigue & burnout and am currently developing an online collection to nourish and nurture yourself as well as a collection of pre natal yoga classes.

I love how a candle can transform a room and inspire a mood, with that in mind I created a candle collection that I use morning, noon and evening to create my own little rituals. Each has been crafted to encourage you to create your own little rituals of wellbeing and me time moments.
My candles are hand poured in small batches, vegan friendly, cruelty free and made with 100% natural ingredients; soy wax blended only with pure essential oils.
