The idea behind Secret Sanctuary is to have a place where you can tuck yourself away and spend a moment on, with and for yourself. My whole business, Frank and I, began as a self care concept about me, Frankie, spending time with myself, I. I recognised that this was not only worthwhile but absolutely necessary and it is this relationship with self that I would love to encourage and share with you.

We'll be flowing through a beautiful vinyasa yoga session inspired by the abundance of the Summer season, relaxing with a Himalayan Sound Bowl healing savasana and feasting on an indoor seasonal picnic brunch packed full of nourishing treats and seasonal organic produce.

The session is suitable for all levels.

Premium yoga mats provided so there is no need to bring one, however if you have a mat of your own that you particularly love feel free to bring it along.

Our seasonal picnic is vegetarian, please advise of any food allergies or dietary requirements at time of booking.

' Sun Rising' features the clean citrus tones of grapefruit to enliven & invigorate, balanced with the stimulating and heady characteristics of rosemary completed with reviving notes of mandarin to uplift.

At the end of the day it's time to rest and you can drift away into a peaceful slumber with our 'Stars Shining Sleep Spritz'. Giving yourself a good nights sleep is a way to show yourself some kindness, simply spritz 2 or 3 sprays onto your pillow or into the air around you to fragrance your sleep space and let our hand chosen blend of calming chamomile, peaceful lavender and soothing mandarin help you drifty away with the stars shining above you.
