This beautifully nurturing day is suitable for all levels. It's a day to treat yourself with some selfcare kindness and take inspiration from the changing seasons. Autumn is a time where nature sheds and lets go, it is a natural reminder that we too are always in transition and that change and cycles are only natural. I believe honouring the seasons and tuning in with nature is a wonderful way to honour and discover ourselves. Nature’s seasons of change provide a framework within which we may be better able to understand ourselves because we can observe many similar patterns. In autumn, as leaves naturally fall away and nature slows down ready for the winter months, it is a beautiful time for us to check in with ourselves, honour what has been and be grateful for it and let anything that we no longer need fall away. It is a season where we get cosy, snuggle down, light candles, grab a blanket and turn inward, naturally slowing for a resting period and preparing for what is to come next. Your day of yoga, guided meditation and selfcare includes a nourishing vegetarian lunch (vegan option available), afternoon wellness tea break with yummy sweet treat and refreshments.
